Hi, I’m Pinto! I’m a 13-year-old little senior guy weighing about 9 kg (20 lbs). I’m a Boston Terrier mix. Despite my few old-dog aches and ailments, I’ve kept a true puppy spirit!

Today, I need you... I’m looking for a lifelong foster family through the Permanent Passenger Program. I need someone who can welcome me soon and give me a loving, stable place to spend the rest of my days. Your role is to take care of me at home, while Mission Mayday covers my medical care and food for the rest of my life.

My little quirk: I’m not fully house-trained and tend to mark indoors. I’ll need appropriate management and accommodations for the environment (an enclosure, a diaper with suspenders, etc.). And you won’t be figuring it out alone! Our behaviour specialists will be there to guide you every step of the way. We’ll also check whether I’m healthy enough to be neutered, as this could help with the marking.

My greatest qualities: I’m a professional kisser! As soon as someone pets me, I start handing out kisses. I love walking on leash, sniffing everything, “talking” by barking, and burrowing deep under the blankets to sleep. Oh, and I NEVER part with my two little stuffed dogs and my ball!

Health-wise, I have heart disease that is managed with oral medication and a specialized diet designed by a cardiologist. I’m vaccinated, and I recently had my dental work done.
